This swing set was built to the specs in the manual using treated pine. No signs of any rotting from what I can see
but it is 20 year wood. I expect the wood could last at least another 12-15 years or longer.

Edges were smoothed with a router.

There are a couple of small tares in the canopy from Ike but they could be replaced if necessary.

The steps dowels on ladder are the only pieces that aren't treated wood and have been replaced with new ones.

Recently pressure washed it and got just about everyplace except the top of the canopy.

Reason for Selling: Son is almost 11 and doesn't use it.
